Sometimes, in case of a wrongly sent order because of lousy WiFi, you may have to send your local data manually. This article shows you how to.

To do this, go to the general settings of the iPad: |
In the left column, look for the Spentys application and select it.
Then activate on the right the "Debug mode".
Once this is done, if the application was running, close it and restart it.
A button "send debug data" should appear at the bottom left:
- Press this button and wait for it to return to its original color.
- Once this is done, let know your Customer Success Manager
