How to make your 3D Printed AFO - Standard Workflow

The AFO workflow has three different options and this article presents the standard option for quick and simple orders.

After selecting your model, you will have two options: Standard or Custom.

Select the standard option to have your AFO with the features listed below:

You will then have the choice to order in addition to your AFO a TPU inlay with or without laces.

You can then insert your patient's weight, and, if you have selected a dynamic model, choose the size of the joint and the angle of mobility of your AFO. Pediatric size for weight under or equal to 45kg and Medium Size for more.

Then, in the correction step, you will have the choice between two options: No correction and Standard correction Choose the "No correction" option only if you have scanned a corrected cast with malleolar relief.

Finalize your order by selecting your printing center (local or Spentys), your choice of color, and your logo.

Congratulations! Your AFO is ready to be handled by the designers without any more requests!
